    NOW HIRING! | Office position | ALANTE Real Estate

    ALANTE! Welcome! We are a boutique real estate brokerage with a big heart ​that is fast expanding and growing our team​.

    We have an office position available – part time for now​ (15-20 hrs per week)​, but with opportunity for full time in the future.


    Who we are looking for…

    -Must be techie, we love Apple.
    -A team player, no exceptions.
    -A forward thinker; always open to new ideas, embraces change and eager to come up with solutions.
    -A passionate, positive individual, a true believer in ​our companies journey and core values, google us before you apply​.
    -Knowledgeable and professional; knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus, but nonetheless, a common-sense thinker.
    -Humble; someone who works hard…. scratch that. Someone who kicks ass at this job, no applause needed. We appreciate that type of work ethic and it does not go unnoticed.


    We are team of professionals that LOVE what we do​ ​and we believe it shows in the kind of service we give our clients.
    We do not work for commissions (yes, ​that’s how we get paid​) but we work to provide an unforgettable experience to those finding their dream home, their first home, or selling the home in which they have created 30 years of memories.

      Hello, Alante! I am quite interested in this position, as you’ve been very thorough in describing the qualities you’re looking for, but could you be more clear about the actual duties of the position?

      I am a mature woman who has raised a wonderful son in this community.. I have lived in Plymouth for over ten years and am familiar with its myriad neighborhoods and enclaves.

      My past employment history is rife with customer and hospitality service as well as clerical duties. In addition, I have an appreciation for the nuances of dealing with a privileged clientele that expects the best. My volunteer and outside activities have kept me active in the community.

      There are gaps in my employment history due to the raising of my son, which is why I haven’t attached a resume right away. If you are interested in speaking with me more based on what I’ve shared so far, I will be more than happy to provide you with one!

      I should also mention I have a keen eye for detail…..for instance….in the above job description,

      “companies” should be “company’s” and google should be capitalized.
