Ralph is Home, he has a place to hang his Hat.
Ralph, a Veteran beginning his service to this country at age 17 proudly serving his country in the Vietnam War in the 53rd Field division at age 18. He also served in Desert Storm in Kuwait and upon his return continued his service in the Reserves. As most Soldiers, he was humbled by what he saw and life’s situations unfolded.
In 2009 he was homeless. He was at the Brockton Veterans House on Smith Street and slowly began rebuilding himself. During his stay at the Veterans House life turned around. “The services at the veterans house was what I needed to get a head start” says Ralph. They provided me a real person and an action plan to get independent. “I also had the good fortune of meeting David Gravelle, Branch Manager at Merrimack Mortgage, Plymouth, MA. He specializes in VA Loans and completely took care of me, I couldn’t of done this without his help.”
Ralph had looked at many homes over time in the Plymouth area to see if they were a good fit. On October 27,2015 Ralph became the proud owner of his Plymouth Home. I had the honor of getting to know Ralph and be his Realtor. He was super easy to work and a very smart man, his kindness, wit and sense of humor serves him well.
Ralph’s home is in a quiet neighborhood; he has a great yard and a nice back deck to relax on. The interior of the house has lots of light for his favorite hobby. Ralph’s passion is painting where he can continue in peace. His sons are in the area and drop by regularly.
When I met Ralph to show him a home he always had a different hat on, now he has a wonderful home to hang all his hats!
The pleasure was all mine, thank you Ralph.
